The U.S. Army xTech Prize Competition Program has launched xTechLive, the program’s first on-the-spot pitch competition for eligible small- to medium-sized businesses attending the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, from January 7-9, 2025.
How it works
Led by the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology, xTechLive will award up to $100,000 in cash prizes to selected participants. Up to 30 eligible entities can pitch their technology solutions to a public audience at the CES 2025 xTech Program booth. The competition will announce up to 10 winners live on the Eureka Park Main Stage, each receiving a cash prize of $10,000.
In addition to non-dilutive cash prizes, participants can engage with and receive direct feedback from Army experts attending CES 2025. The program will conduct all pitches in front of a public audience, consisting of a 5-minute pitch followed by a 5-minute question and answer session with the judging panel.
Eligibility Requirements
During CES 2025, nontraditional vendors unfamiliar with DoD opportunities can showcase their technologies to a panel of judges at the Army xTech Program booth. Eligible entities are small- to medium-sized business attending CES 2025 that have not previously submitted a proposal for any xTech competition and have a technology solution addressing the Army’s current needs in Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things/Sensing or Robotics.
Each entity is permitted only one pitch. Registration information and detailed instructions will be available at the Army xTech Program booth (number 60653, subject to change) at Eureka Park at CES 2025 starting on January 7 at 10:00 a.m. PT.
